We produced an athlete profile video for the Reebok CrossFit Games featuring finalist Jesse Disch—and this one came with a unique creative challenge. Every shot had to be completely locked down, with zero camera movement, and no music. That meant we had to get creative in how we brought energy and emotion to the piece. We focused on the raw motion of Jesse’s performance, quick cutaways of the environment and gear, and a rich layer of sound design that gave every breath, drop, and lift real weight. From start to finish, we built this project from the ground up, and the end result feels intense, focused, and totally true to the spirit of CrossFit.
